As drawing is an extension to sculpting, I am incorporating my zbrush sketches into my drawing excercises. Sculpting will allow me to more closely define and study detail of the human figure. Here is a video progression of a head sculpt.
If you have not created them before, you'll be suprised how easy it is. After you get through this tutorial you should be able to create treads for tanks or robots with no problem! I'll try to get some time to put it together in video format.

Its that time of year again for Minnesota's creative people to gather at the Minnesota Electronic Theater (MET) hosted by MN SIGRAPH. Doug Sutton from ILM talked about Transformers 2. We took a look at the Devastator model, which essentiall equaled five large models and combined to form the largest and heaviest model ILM has ever produced.
Here is about an hour sketch of a man who had the expression of devastation and anger. Feel free to comment.
